The following terms apply to both Wedding cars of Herts and Wedding cars 4 Herts
Your booking becomes live once confirmed by email. the deposit has been paid and the booking form which will be sent to you in a separate email, has been completed and submitted to WCH
If your wedding locations change significantly after the initial quote and booking has been taken, we may revise our fees to you to take into account extra time, fuel and drivers pay required to meet your revised requirements. the amount of increase will be confirmed once we have had time to assess your renewed locations and timings.for the revised booking information. Minor changes will not affect your quote.
We will supply you with an electronic booking form. This is the information that we will work to on your wedding day. It is your responsibility to make sure these details are correct and accurate to the best of your knowledge. We must be informed of any changes to you booking. By phone initially or email.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking which has not been paid for in full and in reasonable time leading to the to the specified wedding date. If you have difficulties paying we urge you to get in contact to discuss the matter further to help reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.
Cancellations..If a booking is cancelled 6 months before the wedding date we will retain your deposit (which is non refundable). if a booking is cancelled between 6 months and three months of the wedding date 50% of the account will become due to wedding cars of Herts. If the booking is cancelled with less than three months remaining before the wedding date the full amount outstanding shall become due..Wedding cars of Herts can in certain circumstances, and at their discretion wave these fees
In the event of mechanical failure prior to or on the day of the wedding, wedding cars of Herts will endeavor, whenever possible, to replace your chosen car with an available replacement vehicle. if the rental value of the replacement is greater than that which was initially booked there will be no further charge to you.
Behavior.. We do not tolerate any form of abuse, bullying or physical misconduct. Any such behavior towards our staff or drivers will be reported to the Police and our contract with you will be terminated immediately.
We do not share any of your information with any third parties at all. unless you request and give express consent verbally or written to do so..(for example pass your details to another wedding professional that you would like to make contact with through us)
If any of our cars are intentionally damaged by you or any of your party we will pursue the value of costs of the repairs and may pass the matter on to the authorities.
We accept no responsibility for any items belonging to you left in our vehicles.
