When you make your booking you will receive by email an invoice detailing your wedding day wedding car requirements, you will also receive a link to our on line booking form which you complete and return to us. this means that you are in total control of the information that we will be working to. o reserve a car we require a non refund
When you make your booking you will receive by email an invoice detailing your wedding day wedding car requirements, you will also receive a link to our on line booking form which you complete and return to us. this means that you are in total control of the information that we will be working to. o reserve a car we require a non refundable £50.00 deposit. this will be deducted from your account balance. Full payment is due 1 month prior to the wedding date.
If there are material changes to locations of your wedding after the booking has been made it is your responsibility to inform WCH. We may revise our charges to you if there is a significant change in mileage and or time required.
Cancellations two months prior to the wedding date will incur a 50% charge of the original quote, if a cancellation is received within one month of the wedding date the full amount of the original quote shall become due minus any initial deposit that has been paid. Wedding cars for Herts reserve the right to wave these charges at their discretion.

We are Happy to make two or sometimes more trips to the wedding venue before the Brise to enable you to transport Bridesmaids, or parents to the wedding venue ahead of the brides journey.
